Recurrent welcomes two new senior leaders in October. Esther Perman joins as Head of Product and Marko Iljadica as Head of Sales.

Parts of our business that were once a small piece of my day are now being managed by accomplished leaders and dedicated teams. They have already added so much to Recurrent in their first weeks.”
Esther specializes in helping people make their biggest purchases. Before Recurrent, she led a startup that guided consumers through the purchase of their first electric vehicle and, before that, helped homeowners navigate the sale of their house as a founding member of Zillow Offers.
“I'm thrilled to continue making it easier for people to adopt electric cars,” Esther said. “As someone who has been working in cleantech on and off for a decade, this is a great opportunity to accelerate technology that will forever change the way people move.”
Marko comes to Recurrent from an enterprise mobility startup in his previous role. The company, which recently completed a successful acquisition, provided a valuable education in sustainable transit and how to design a sales organization to meet the evolving transportation and mobility needs of both businesses and consumers. For Marko, the Recurrent mission perfectly aligned with his personal principles and professional experience.
“My goal is to take the lessons I have learned from the mobility space, and build upon my experience as a start up sales leader to ensure that Recurrent meets key sales and partnership goals,” Marko said.
